Monique lives on property during the year and loves hiking around and exploring the property during the off-season. So far, her favorite season here has been fall! Mary began attending Incarnation Camp in 2010, and in the years following has been a camper, a junior staff member, a counselor, as well as unit director, and is now a year round staff member as a Program Coordinator! In this role, Mary works with many programs the Incarnation Center offers across the different camp departments. Originally from Brooklyn, NY, Mary enjoys getting out of the city, and working outdoors helping these programs provide fun and learning in a natural environment for children of all ages.

Joining camp in the summer of 2012, Carl's passion for camp life has taken him from counselor to Unit Director to Program Coordinator, and, finally, Pioneer Village Director. A true camp aficionado, Carl's love for camp runs so deep that he even found his life partner here while working together as Unit Directors of Reservation and Highlands. He now resides in New Haven, CT, with his wife and dedicates his off-season time to coaching high school lacrosse at Guilford HS, his alma mater. Carl's favorite activities at camp revolve around the lake, where he enjoys swimming, canoeing, and sailing.

Liam has been with us since 2007. He is originally from Leeds, England. During his time here he held various roles for the sleep-away program before moving into the role of Camp Director back in 2013. During his time as camp director, he has also run both of our day programs at various points. At the end of 2020 he transitioned into Director of Camp Programs, overseeing all camps under the organizational umbrella. Liam lives on the property with his wife, son, and many animals. His responsibilities include overseeing the day to day logistics of all camp programming,  hiring new staff for our various programs, & coming up with new and innovative ideas to enrich our youth programming going forward.
