Ready to join us? Incarnation Camp was founded by the Episcopal church as a not for profit camp, therefore we try to keep our tuition costs as low as possible so as many families as possible can partake in our camp experience.
We accept a wide range of campers from every walk of life and also multiple countries. Scholarships and incentives are available, as well as payment plans. All camper meals and accommodations, all activities that we offer (other than horseback riding), & a camp tee shirt.
Additional extras include; Camp store money, camp sweatshirt, horseback riding,

BRING A FRIEND CREDIT
For summer 2026 you can earn money towards your tuition balance by bringing a friend along from home! We are offering the following for each new family referred to the program (credited after attendance)
2 weeks - $250, 4 weeks - $500, 6 weeks - $750, 8 weeks - $1000
SIBLING DISCOUNT
Paying for multiple campers to attend can get expensive! For this reason, we offer a 10% discount on any additional siblings coming to the program
PAYMENT PLANS
We have various payment plans available to meet everyone's needs. Spread your payments out over several months to make it more manageable. Please email our business office at LScalo@incarnationcenter.org for more information on payment plans.
EPISCOPAL DISCOUNT
Does your family actively attend an Episcopal church? If so, we offer a 10% episcopal discount!
CAN I COMBINE DISCOUNTS?
Our Episcopal and sibling discount cannot be combined; you will be offered whichever of the two discounts gives you the greatest saving. There is no cap on the number of bring a friend discounts that you can use. These are paid out per family introduced.
